At present, we are experiencing unprecedented times as COVID-19 has taken centre stage. In an effort to stop further transmission of the deadly virus, we are fed a necessary, daily diet of health directives, inevitable increasing numbers of infected, and projections moving forward. No one is exempt. This information is vital to our survival as we collectively do what we can, taking responsibility for ourselves and each other. As we do our part, stress levels remain at an all-time high.
Distractions of any kind are welcome and much appreciated as we seek to maintain our mental stability. Hearing words of positivity, feeding ourselves loving thoughts and taking in moments of laughter; if only temporary, are also important as they keep us connected and help keep hope alive.
I put together this blog to share some of my favourite dog quotes, to provide some levity, with the intention of spreading a moment of joy.
